Gym-a-Roos Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for Membership with Gym-a-Roos, you are committing to paying a regular monthly payment for classes, as detailed on our fees page. In return, we will secure a place for your child at the agreed weekly class, until otherwise notified. If you wish to cancel your membership, a full month’s notice is required in writing to emma.gymaroos@gmail.com. Please note that classes will need to be paid for in advance, and no refunds are applicable for missed sessions.

We welcome children of all abilities and backgrounds to our classses at Gymaroos. We promise to treat you and your children with respect, and expect the same in return. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate membership of any member, should they or their parent or guardian treat the coaches with disrespect or become too disruptive to the rest of the class members.

Parents or Guardians are expected to stay on site during all Gym-a-Roos lessons. For Independent Classes, a waiting area is available outside the hall, whilst the children are in their session. For Parent & Child classes, an adult is required to stay with the child throughout the lesson.
