We take data protection and client confidentiality very seriously at Gym-a-Roos and as such have strict procedures in place to comply with legislation. Here is what we know about you if you have filled out a contact form:

Your personal details including name, child’s name, child’s date of birth, address, email, telephone numbers, as well as some medical information.

This is how we use your information:

Your data is stored within the website's and email systems’ private, password-protected database and using Mailchimp’s password-protected database system.  Paper versions are stored in a filing cabinet and shredded when not required. The data is used to contact you with information regarding classes and to ensure we are aware of any relevant medical information.

We do not store any card details or payment history. All payments are taken through GoCardless who do not share your payment details with Gym-a-Roos - only email addresses.

We do not use any third parties except Mailchimp and GoCardless.

We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

We do not send spam.

From time to time we may send a marketing email with news that may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to be contacted by us, no problem, here is how you can disconnect from Gym-a-Roos:

Email emma.gymaroos@gmail.com with your full name and request to be removed from our database. We will delete our electronic files and destroy any paper files we have with your contact details.
